U.S. natural gas futures ended up 1.68 percent on Thursday on forecasts for continued cold over the next two weeks and the first storage draw of the heating season. The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) said Thursday utilities withdrew 17 billion cubic feet of gas from storage, the first draw of the heating season.
