Spot silver prices declined by 0.4 percent in yesterday’s trading session and closed at $16.1/oz. The fall is in line with declining gold prices. GFMS analysts at Thomson Reuters said on Tuesday that silver demand would fall 7 percent in 2014 because of a slower pace of buying by jewelers and industrial fabricators.
