Oil prices declined on both sides of the Atlantic with Brent declining by around 1.6 percent and WTI falling by 1.3 percent as well supplied oil market the benchmark (Brent) on course to end October with its steepest monthly decline since 2012. Among global economies, only the United States is on the mend. Data on Thursday showed the U.S. economy grew 3.5 percent in the third quarter, topping market estimates for a 3 percent rise.
