Spot silver prices in the international markets declined by 0.3 percent yesterday in line with fall in gold and base metal prices. Also, strength in the DX is exerting downside pressure on prices.Declining speculative interest dragged prices further which touched a low of $17.3/oz before closing at $17.7/oz on Monday.
