Natural gas jumped on Thursday after inventory data showed stocks for the commodity increased by 4 BCF, increasing for the first time since November last year though lower than markets expectations of a weekly addition by 14 BCF. Markets took lower than anticipated addition as positive meanwhile the spring storm continued its legs into the US Eastern, Central and parts of South-East region in the country as per the US CPC forecast for short-term showed. We are continuing with our bullish view in the commodity though profit potential might remain limited today. Into the Crude/NG ratio front, we expect the same to continue see decline after a good fall in yesterday’s trade. Traders are advised to look for shorting the Ratio on pullbacks for small targets in Intra-day.
